01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and xvg8 ("xvg8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xvg8 online gambling platform accessible at xvg8.app and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the xvg8 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or related accounts is strictly prohibited. xvg8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. xvg8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xvg8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have previously notified xvg8 that your account credentials have been compromised.

xvg8 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xvg8 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and major Malaysian bank FPX transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank). xvg8 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. xvg8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply charges outside of xvg8's control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. xvg8 may require identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests. xvg8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification or where reasonable grounds for suspected fraudulent activity exist.

Deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Any funds associated with third-party payment methods may be voided.

05Bonuses & Promotions

xvg8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions, which will be published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. xvg8 reserves the right to determine whether any wagering activity qualifies toward meeting bonus requirements.

Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

xvg8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met its conditions, any bonus balance accrued in good faith will be handled at xvg8's reasonable discretion.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sportsbook products on xvg8 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

All RNG-based casino games on xvg8 operate under certified random number generators independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in licensed studio environments using physical dealing mechanics. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other means to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited. xvg8 employs monitoring systems to detect and respond to such activity. Any bets or winnings generated through prohibited means will be voided.

On closure for cause, xvg8 may withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately held, xvg8 will process the return of that balance through an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xvg8 support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to withdrawal verification requirements.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the xvg8 Platform, including but not limited to the xvg8 name, logo, domain, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of xvg8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without xvg8's prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xvg8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or regulatory requirement;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by xvg8's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and xvg8 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding its uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

11Privacy & Data

xvg8's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the xvg8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xvg8 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulatory obligations including anti-money-laundering requirements.

12Amendments to These Terms

xvg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent xvg8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
